I find Susan Boyle’s appearance in the show “Britain’s Got Talent” an interesting depiction on the cynical and judgemental side of people. Just to tell audiences of this world-famous blog a little bit more about her. She’s 47 and just didn’t look like somebody you would call a star. The sniggers that were coming from the crowd while she was introducing herself suggested that this woman was destined to be a flop and she couldn’t sing. There was constant jibbing and nasty whispers that were coming from the crowd as well which implied that since she doesn’t have the looks, she most definitely can’t sing. How wrong they were…. As Susan herself said… Modern society is too quick to judge people on their appearances. There is not much you can do about it; it is the way they think; it is the way they are. But maybe this could teach them a lesson, or set an example… We certainly have alot to learn…..
